‘Absolutely Evasive Behavior’: Transcripts Show What an Oklahoma Judge Told State Farm 10 Weeks Before Trial
Hearing transcripts State Farm filed Oct. 14 show Judge Amy Palumbo calling a State Farm witness’s answers ‘absolutely evasive behavior,’ saying only 17 of 19 pages of an exhibit were turned over to her, and raising sanctions and show-cause hearings. State Farm says the court got an incomplete picture and asks her to reconsider; a hearing is set Oct. 26.
